Return Eligibility

Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unopened, unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging, with tags and accessories included where applicable.

Proof of purchase may be required. Certain items, including products clearly marked as final sale, may be excluded from returns where permitted by applicable law.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, please email xanhtomcang235@gmail.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for your request.

Please wait for return instructions before shipping any item back. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or applicable law requires otherwise.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges may be non-refundable where permitted by law.
